Privacy policy

This website is operated by the private owners of the holiday apartment “Moliets et Moi” in Moliets-et-Maa, France. We collect as little personal data as possible — here is exactly what happens with it.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the contact or booking form, we receive the data you enter: your name, email address, travel dates, number of guests and your message. This data is sent to us by email and used solely to answer your inquiry and, if you book, to manage your stay.

What we do not do

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, uses no tracking services, and loads no third-party resources (fonts and images are served from our own server). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting booking, then deleted. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to moliets.et.moi@gmail.com.

Hosting

The site is hosted on a server operated by us at DigitalOcean (Frankfurt/Amsterdam region, EU). Server logs (IP addresses) are kept briefly for security purposes only.
