A ground-floor apartment in one of the quietest residences of Moliets, opening onto its own terrace with the golf course beyond. New kitchen, new floors, new shower room — done properly, in 2024, not “refreshed”.
Living room, open to the garden
The heart of the apartment: dining table for six, flat-screen TV, an armchair for readers and a double BZ sofa bed for guests five and six. Wide glass doors open straight onto the wooden terrace — morning coffee comes with a view of the fairway.
A kitchen that is actually new
Installed in 2024 and fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, induction hob — and a washing machine, so sandy beach towels never pile up. If you cook on holiday, you will cook happily here.
Master bedroom — a real 180 × 200 bed
Holiday apartments on this coast usually make do with a 140 cm bed. Ours has a genuine king-size 180 × 200 cm — the kind you have at home, or wish you had — plus a very large wardrobe for two suitcases’ worth of everything.
The cabin room — kids’ favourite
A proper enclosed bedroom, not a corridor alcove: bunk beds with a safety rail, its own window, and a wardrobe for beach gear. Children walk in, look up, and the sleeping arrangements are settled for the week.
Shower room + separate WC
One walk-in shower room with rainfall head, and a separate WC — a small detail that makes a big difference when six people are getting ready for the beach. (Some booking sites list this as “2 bathrooms”; this is the accurate version.)
